    • Where is my order?

    Ordes placed before 2pm EST will ship that same day. We email tracking information once the shipment has left our fulfillment center. If after 2-3 days you have not received the email or package please contact us here. Use the "Where's My Order" option.

    What is your return policy?

    We have a 30 day return policy. Read here for more details.

    How wide are the slides?

    The slides are 9.5" wide and we recommend at least having 11" minimum in your shelf or drawer.  Check out the ThreadStax calculator to help you pick the right package for your space.

    Does ThreadStax work in drawers?

    YES! Thread Stax works in drawers too! The brackets adhere to the back of any drawer that is 4" (8.9cm) or taller. Minimum internal measurements are the following:
    • 1 stack: 16" deep x 11" wide and 4" tall (32cm x 25.5cm x 10cm)
    • 2 stacks: side by side 16" deep x 22" wide and 4" tall
    • 3 stacks: side by side is 16" deep x 33" wide and 4" tall.

    Does ThreadStax work with larger sizes?

    ThreadStax has no problem folding and organizing larger sizes. Check out the ThreadStax calculator to help you determine how many items you can stack by size and type.

    Do I need tools to install ThreadStax?

    No. We designed ThreadStax to be super easy to install by incorporating Command™ Strips.  Just peal and stick to install the brackets. Here's a 16 second video that explains how Command™ Strips work.

    How hard is it to un-install and move ThreadStax?

    If you're moving or just rearranging your closet, ThreadStax is super easy to remove thanks to the incorporated Command™ Strips. The brackets can be removed in just a few seconds without any damage. Refill Command™ Strips can be purchased at any hardware store or online retailer.  Here's a 16 second  that explains how Command™ Strips work.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. The shipping rate depend on the country. We'll be working to expand our international distribution network in the coming year to help reduce shipping. You'll see the shipping rate when you enter the checkout process.
